***NEW Location***: Please note location of event has changed meeting rooms within Memorial Hospital. New location should provide easier parking.

Memorial Hospital- Guerry Heart and Vascular Center. Suite 1009-the offices of Drs. Clements, Simeone and Zellner.

Enter at the corner of Robbins and Chamberlain and look for Entrance A (green signage) for parking. (We suggest you not use valet as they close at 6 p.m.) There should be parking close to the Heart & Vascular Center.

Once inside the Heart & Vascular Center, bear to the right of the reception desk. Past the stairway and immediately after the gift shop, you’ll see Suite 1009, the surgeon’s office.

CEUs:  Memorial Health Care System is accredited by the Medical Association of Georgia to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Memorial Health Care System designates this live activity for a maximum of 1.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. (note these credits can be used by Nurse Practitioners)

Dinner: Complimentary dinner (catered- meat lasagna, salad, garlic bread, cookies).

Education: Chattanooga Heart Institute Electrophysiology cardiologist Dr. Newton Wiggins will educate us on atrial fibrillation and a Left Atrial Appendage Closure device to reduce the risk of stroke due to atrial fibrillation in select patient. 

Chattanooga Heart Institute interventional cardiologist Dr. Robert Huang will educate us on Congestive Heart Failure.
