*Open to new grads and practicing nurse practitioners *Position is a permanent PRN and W2 position *Requires availability to provide at least 20 assessments per month *Schedules are based on your availability and member availability- weekday and weekend options *Must be comfortable in different environments such as patients’ homes, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities *Must live within 25 miles of assigned territory and travel within a 60-mile radius (120 total potential miles) *All scheduling handled by back-office administrators *Assessments done on a company provided tablet *Mileage will be reimbursed at current IRS rate based on the route dispatched *Requires an active state license in the state applying for *Requires board certification in one of the following: AGNP, FNP, ENP, ACNP *Pay rate ranges between $90-$115/hour and varies by state and paid based on completed assessments *Background, DMV, and drug screen done on all candidates during credentialing process *Openings in the following cities: Danville, Elizabethtown, Erlanger, Irvine, Leitchfield, Manchester, Mayfield, Middlesboro, Morehead, Newport, Prestonsburg, Russellville, Somerset, Williamsburg, Winchester
