Registration is open for the 2024 Annual Chattanooga Cardiovascular Symposium. The Chattanooga Heart Institute and CHI Memorial will host the event on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at The Westin from 8 a.m. - 4:40 p.m. This is a hybrid event with a virtual live option via Zoom as well as the in- person option! Please register in advance to reserve your spot.
The symposium has been approved for continuing education credits for physicians, advanced allied health providers, nurses, and other healthcare providers. Several additional professions, including respiratory therapists, sports medicine, nutritionists, social workers, and medical sonographers, can claim reciprocal continuing education credits.
