Calling all NPs and NP students I- need your feedback on a mentor/preceptor program idea!

Hello everyone,

The first round of the CANAP NP student mentorship program was a success! I heard your feedback, and would like to improve and expand on the program. Here is what I need to know...

NP students: would you be interested in participating in a program designed with your needs in mind, that both provides you with a constant mentor AND gives the option to connect you with preceptors throughout your NP program? (This would be at a cost if you desire the preceptor connections)

NPs: Would you be interested in joining a not for profit organization where you could mentor future NPs AND have the option to be compensated to precept students? You will be provided with training on effective feedback.

I need to gauge interest in this program to make it happen. Please fill out this form if you would be interested or like more information! Also, I am planning to host a dinner to give all the details and provide orientation for those interested in signing up.
